1) Shipping countries
We currently deliver to the following countries:
Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Ireland, Latvia, Bulgaria, Greece, Estonia, USA, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates.
2) Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
3) Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the following delivery times apply (including processing and production time):
- EU countries (e.g., DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, BE, PT, SE, PL, AT, CZ, HU, SK, HR, SI, RO, IE, LV, BG, GR, EE): approx. 14–25 calendar days
- USA / Canada: approx. 14–35 calendar days
- Singapore / New Zealand / United Arab Emirates: approx. 14–35 calendar days
Important: The delivery time is an estimate and may be longer in individual cases. (e.g., due to customs clearance, holidays, high workload at shipping service providers, or unforeseen events).
Note: Please do not order if you absolutely need the goods by a specific date (e.g., gift date).
4) Shipping from abroad
Currently, our products are shipped from China (non-EU). This may result in delays, especially for international shipments. Additional checks and delays may occur (e.g., customs clearance).
5) Customs, import duties & taxes
EU countries (usually no additional costs for delivery)
For deliveries to EU countries, import duties and taxes are usually paid by us or our shipping partner. already handled as part of the shipping process (DDP/DDP-like processing). This means that , as a rule, you will not incur any additional costs for delivery .
Exceptional cases: In rare cases, the delivery person may still charge import duties or processing fees. (e.g., due to differing customs/carrier processes). We will review the case and find a quick solution (e.g., clarification with the service provider or a refund if the fee was unjustified or incurred contrary to our processing procedure).
Deliveries outside the EU
For deliveries to the USA, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates, depending on the destination country, additional charges may apply. Import duties (e.g., local VAT), customs fees and/or handling fees charged by the shipping service provider may apply. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these costs are to be borne by the recipient .
Deliveries outside the EU
For deliveries to the USA, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates, depending on the destination country, additional charges may apply. Import duties (e.g., local VAT), customs fees and/or handling fees charged by the shipping service provider may apply. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these costs are to be borne by the recipient .
6) Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If tracking is available, We will send you a tracking number.
Please note: For international shipments, tracking information may not become visible for several days .
7) Partial deliveries
In some cases, your order may be delivered in multiple packages . This will not incur any additional shipping costs for you.
8) Delivery & failed delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address information or failure to collect it, We can resend the order upon request. In this case, additional shipping costs may apply.
9) What to do if the delivery is delayed?
